Designed a multi-system auto-calibration platform for electric admix pumps and hydraulic functions, including water flow, conveyor RPM, and mixer RPM. The system generated 10-point operating maps for each function, translating desired flow or speed into current, duty cycle, or percentage-based control values. It automatically identified minimum and maximum stable operating limits, divided the working range into usable calibration points, engaged PID control, fine-tuned each point under real operating conditions, and flagged individual map errors for targeted troubleshooting. This reduced manual guesswork, improved repeatability, and cut average inspection time from approximately 12.5–15 hours to about 8 hours.
